I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room I stayed in was comfortable with a double bed and cleaned bathroom, it was in a shabby condition which was a downside. The location was convenient being in front of the tram station of Observatoire, offering easy access to the city center although requiring a short walk. The dining experience lacked variety, with the only highlight being the fried oysters. The service, especially at the reception desk, was satisfactory with options for pet amenities available.
